Natural masks/cleansers against acne/pimples:

  • Aloe Vera: If you don’t own an aloe vera plant, I recommend you to buy one. So for this cleanser we’re going to cut off a part of one leaf of the aloe vera plant, only a part not one whole leaf! Then wash the green skin of it and cut off the green skin. You will get the white/transparent flesh of the aloe vera and there will be a lot of ‘jelly’ on it. Don’t wash off the jelly because that’s what we want to have on our face. Now cut the flesh into two parts and rub them on your face. It will get messy since the jelly will be everywhere, so be sure to do it in the bathroom. Do this for about 2-3 minutes and then you can wash it off. Use this at least once a day and you’ll see the results! But please, before you use this cleanser, first try it on your underarm skin to see if you have an allergy against aloe vera or not. Just take the flesh with the jelly rub it on your underarm and leave it there for a few minutes. Aloe vera definetly gets rid of pimples if you’re not allergic.
  • Oat meal: Oat meal is neutral, so you won’t have any allergy problems with it. Take a small bowl, pour some oat meal in it and take warm water and let it soak for about 2 minutes. The oat meal will get really soft and kind of soggy. Now take the oat meal and rub it on your face, it will naturaly exfoliate your skin and cleanse it. Another thing you can do is: Take a stocking you don’t use anymore, cut off the feet part of it (don’t cut it too short!) and now fill it with some oat meal. If you’re finished, plug your sink and fill half of the sink with warm-hot water (not too hot but it should be a little bit warmer than luke-warm). Take the stocking with the oat meal, put it into to the water and hold close the opening of the stocking, so that no oat meal gets into the water. Now squeeze the part of the stocking with the oat meal in it and the water will get white/yellow and there you go, you have oat meal water. Now rinse your face with the water for about 3minutes and then finish off with luke-warm normal water and you’re finished. Oat meal has a birghtening effect, thus the oat meal water and cleanser will reduce scars or impurities.
  • Natural yogurt: Plain yogurt is alos neutral and has a brightening effect. Just apply it on your skin and leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse it off.
  • Honey: Natural honey moisturizes your skin and fights pimples. Just apply it on your skin and leave it on for 15 minutes. If you apply it everday you’ll see results.

You can also combine the honey, yogurt and oat meal and then use it all together as one mask. If you add some cacao powder to it you have your own home-made chocolate mask which is good for stressed out skin. As for ‘unnatural’ maks, like the ones we buy, mud masks or those masks you have to peel off are effective against pimples. I hope this helps you guys, ♥.
